　　隔夜，美指微幅震荡。美国商务部公布的数据显示，美国7月耐用品订单环比初值-2.8%，预期值-3.8%，前值为-9.4%。订单总额的同比增幅也因此放缓至3.5%。订单的月度剧烈波动主要归因于波音公司订单的不稳定性，以及此前guanshui政策引发的“抢先下单”效应正在消退。但耐用品订单表现对汇市影响有限。

　　真正对市场造成的冲击的还是毛衣战。当地时间8月25日，美国国土安全部发布预告通知，拟自8月27日零时起对印度商品加征50%guanshui。该通知指出，guanshui将适用于“所有进口供消费或仓储提取供消费的印度商品”。本月月初，川总曾威胁把对印度商品的guanshui从25%提高至50%，作为对其购买俄罗斯石油的惩罚措施。guanshui威胁已对印度股市造成显著冲击，MSCI印度指数已连续第四个月跑输MSCI新兴市场指数，正走向二十多年来最差的相对年度表现。金价则进一步站上3390。

　　另一则消息同样震惊市场。当地时间8月25日，川总在其社交媒体“真实社交”上公开了一封致美联储理事丽莎·库克的信件，宣布即刻将其免职。如果库克离职，川总可能获得四个席位，距离“掌控美联储”将更近一步。美联储理事丽莎·库克(Lisa Cook)的律师周二表示，将就川总解除库克职务一事提起诉讼。由于市场普遍预期川总将任命立场更为鸽派的人选接替库克，消息传出后，美元全线走软，短期美债收益率下跌，避险资产黄金和比特币受到追捧。如消息持续发酵，黄金大大概率将进一步走高。
